With the absence of Puerto Rico Government Locksmiths Licensing, The Professional Locksmiths Association of Puerto Rico, Inc., a not for profit organization established 1992 ; To promote the level of skills and ethics within the industry :
1- August 2012 . . . Are Evaluated a Associated Member Proposal for "Established its own Licensing" . . . scheme whereby its approved companies are vetted, undergo regular inspections to ensure quality, and employ a locksmith with a recognized exam based qualification.
2- We wand to hear the Associate Members position and Formal writing Commentaries and Recommendations; For the Evaluation of this Proposal . . . Send your documents to :
